Shipping Information
Free Shipping on orders over $250.00 to any where in the United States except on windsurfing boards and surfboards. For orders under $250.00, windsurfing boards/surfboard orders, used gear orders, or international orders shipping charges will be confirmed for customer approval prior to shipping. Hawaiian Watersports is not responsible when carrier's return undeliverable packages. When this happens the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
U.S. Mainland/Canada Shipping
Orders shipped to the U.S. Mainland / Canada are shipped by Federal Express Economy Service, or U.S. Postal Service Air Mail with 3 to 5 day delivery service. Federal Express, the Postal Service and Geologistics do not guarantee delivery time with this service and so neither does Hawaiian Watersports. Refunds will NOT be given for "late" deliveries. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of order placing, assuming stock is on hand. Delivery time will be confirmed on special orders. Hawaiian Watersports insures shipments for full replacement value to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to file any shipping damage claims directly with Federal Express, or the Postal Service. Shipping upgrades are available, at the customer's expense. Customers pay freight on all returns.
International Shipping
Shipping costs will be confirmed and pre-paid in full. Merchandise is shipped by U.S. Postal Service, with 2 to 6 week delivery time, or Steven's Air Transport, with 7 to 14 day delivery service. Refunds will not be given for "late" deliveries. Hawaiian Watersports insures shipments, and declares customs valuation at the customer's request. Hawaiian Watersports accepts no responsibility for merchandise damaged in shipping or seized by Customs, for inaccurate declarations.
