A full refund shall be given to a client who calls HWS at 808-255-4352 to cancel any lesson/tour/rental (hereafter referred to as "activity" or "activities") at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity. All activities shall be subject to a 100% cancellation fee if canceled in less than the prescribed 24-hour period.
All activities may be rescheduled for the same activity to another day with an additional 20% penalty. Activities scheduled outside of regular business hours (9 am-6 pm) must be rescheduled before the close of business on the day before.
No-shows are clients who do not cancel but who miss their activity for any reason. No-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and shall not be entitled to any refund. Loss of gift certificates and/or vouchers is solely the clients' responsibility and HWS shall be released from any and all responsibility.
All refunds for activities shall be made within 7 days from date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of original vouchers. Activities already taken are nonrefundable. Gift certificates are nonrefundable.
Any and all new products can be returned for refund within 30 days, assuming it has not been used or worn and is in its original sellable condition. All sales are final on used products. All sales are final on certain clothing like swimwear and wetsuits, items which cannot be returned under any circumstances due to Hawaii state health laws. Simply return the product and sales receipt with the reason for the return within 30 days of shipping date. Purchases made on credit card shall be refunded by way of credit to the same account. Purchases made by cash or traveler's checks shall be refunded by way of HWS' company check made payable to the same name on the reservation. Purchases made by checks shall be refunded by way of HWS' company check made payable to the same name on the check. Customers are responsible for all freight charges on returns, for both original delivery shipping and return shipping.
